Bet Ji Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guidelines

📋 1. General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to bet ji (betji.im) and all of its services, products, and promotional activities. bet ji is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots games.

These terms and conditions have been prepared with Bangladeshi users in mind. By registering on Bet Ji or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Bet ji reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

👤 2. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account on Bet Ji. If any irregularity is found during age verification, the account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each individual is permitted to open one account only.
• Please provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Each mobile number or email address can only be used to create one account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, bet ji may request a national ID or other valid identity document. Failure to complete verification may result in delays to your withdrawal.

💰 3. Deposit & Payment Policy

Bet ji currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and selected bank transfers. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Bet Ji is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided during a deposit or funds sent to the wrong account. All payment transactions are recorded and can be verified if needed.

🏦 4. Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw funds from bet ji, your account must have a sufficient balance and KYC verification must be completed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 60 seconds to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• Processing times may be longer when multiple withdrawal requests are submitted on the same day.

🎁 5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers on Bet Ji are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to first-time registered members only. Using multiple accounts to claim this bonus is strictly prohibited.
• Wagering Requirements: A wagering multiplier (e.g. 10x) applies to all bonuses. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games.

Bet Ji reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be terminated.

⚽ 6. Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on Bet Ji, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In Live Betting, odds update in real time and the odds at the moment of confirmation will apply.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳20.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game or event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bet Ji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Bets may be suspended if match-fixing or any unlawful activity is suspected.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

Results from internationally recognized bodies are used to determine outcomes in Sports Betting. In the event of any dispute, Bet Ji's decision shall be considered final.

🚫 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet Ji and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Hacking, using bots, or deploying automated software on the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or fabricated information.
• Exploiting any system or software errors on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other users.

⚠️ 8. Account Suspension & Closure

Bet Ji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team, and the process will be completed within 24 hours. Please make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

For inactive accounts with a remaining balance, Bet Ji reserves the right to place a hold on the funds and deduct applicable maintenance fees after a specified period.

🔐 9. Privacy & Data Protection

Bet Ji takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. Any data we collect is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and communication purposes.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

Bet Ji always strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However, Bet Ji is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is affected by an internet disconnection.
• Technical issues on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Unexpected technical failures or server downtime.

Under all circumstances, bet ji's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

🔄 11. Policy on Changes to Terms

Bet ji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Registered members will be notified via email or platform notification at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

In urgent situations — such as legal changes or security threats — terms may be updated without prior notice. The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.
